Terms & Conditions — Hexagram Trades

These Terms govern your use of the Hexagram Trades platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.
The service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

Plans have a fixed duration (7, 15, or 30 days) and a published daily rate (0.02%, 0.05%, or 0.08%).
Profit is calculated server-side and credited every 24 hours, counted from the exact time the contract was opened. Each credit is paid into your available balance, where it is spendable and withdrawable immediately.
Invested capital is locked for the plan term and released to your available balance on the maturity date.

Minimum deposit: $10 / ₦10,000. Maximum deposit: $1,000 / ₦1,000,000.
Accepted methods: online Naira checkout (NGN) and USDT (TRC20, BEP20).
NGN and USDT deposits are converted to USD at the rate shown at the time of deposit.
A 3% deposit bonus is credited when a deposit is confirmed.

Minimum withdrawal: $5 / ₦5,000. A 5% fee applies and is shown before you confirm. Requests are accepted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM UK time, one per day.
One withdrawal request may be submitted per day.
Locked investment capital cannot be withdrawn until it is released.
Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed or declined for security or compliance reasons.

Referrers receive a rebate of 6% / 4% / 2% of the daily profit actually credited to their level 1 / 2 / 3 referrals.
A one-time bonus of 5% of a direct (level 1) referral's first confirmed deposit is credited to the referrer. No other commission is paid on deposits, sign-ups or invested capital.
Self-referral, fake accounts, or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of commissions and account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

We may freeze or close accounts where required by law, to investigate suspected fraud, or for breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Plan rates locked at purchase apply to that investment for its full term.
